Product Designer - Adaptiv Design

• Primary designer in a lean startup team, owning products end to end across web, mobile, and kiosk, from zero to one: UX research, wireframes, UI design, and interactive prototypes, including fan-facing kiosk experiences for a connected retail customization platform built for sports brands, clubs, and venues.
• Designed responsive layouts with clear information architecture and page hierarchy, ran usability testing, and worked within pre-existing design systems.
• Presented concepts to stakeholders through to sign-off, and handled developer handoff with specs, assets, and design reviews.
• Delivered in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment, working to deadlines and iterating on client feedback, and recognized with an early increment within six months for performance and reliability.

Design Intern - Design Brewery

• Selected as one of 50+ applicants to join the design team on digital products; engagement extended from one month to two at the team’s request.
• Took part in the early stages of the design process: briefs, stakeholder questionnaires, brainstorming sessions, reference research, site maps, and information architecture, through to lo-fi prototypes.
• Designed UI and user flows, and supported user testing to refine the interfaces.
• Collaborated with designers, engineers, and stakeholders across projects.
