- Resolving all IT infrastructure issues based on assigned tickets.
- Monitoring Service requests, Incidents and Basic troubleshooting.
- Provide all IT Hardware and Networking related support.
- Provide support for all software and application installations such as Office, Outlook, etc.
- Outlook configuration, PST mail backupand restore, sharedmailbox configuration.
Administer, deploy and support all hardware desktoptechnologies (PCs, laptops,printers)
