Responsibilities & Duties
Managing the Vendor Accounting -Vendor Creation, Modification of Vendor.
Vendors Invoice Verification- whenever an invoice was raised by the Vendor, I need to verify it with the work order and process it for payments.
Vendor Payments Processing – After verifying the Invoice with the work order for any fraudulent activities we process the payments. We follow 2-way match process for Processing the payment.
Bank Reconciliation Verification.
Vendor Service – I need to attend Vendors queries regarding their payments. I have to cross – check with the banker regarding the payments and update the vendors.
Salaries Processing – I prepare Monthly Salary Sheets by extracting the data in Excel format from the Biometric Process.
Month -end-Activities - I preparing for the P&L Statement.
