> Supporting and guiding our ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects via cases, chat, Slack, community, and meetings.
> Strong communication skills to work with business users and cross-functional teams.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service mindset.
> Take ownership of support tickets and manage effective customer communication
> Ability to understand customer issues with business impact and maintain the defined SLA for better customer experience
