When a problem arises in a particular building they will raise a ticket via tool that is called maximo tool where every FM'S FROM PAN INDIA LOCATION RAISES THE REQUEST ABOUT WHAT ALL ARE THE ISSUES ARE OR THEY WILL SEND MAIL TO CENTRALISED HELP DESK AND I WILL BE RAISING THE TICKET AND FORWARD THE ISSUES TO THE PARTICULAR Location FM's and complete the work and also we work for maintaining the documents of incidence and ppm's assets routes helpdesk collects data on the types of issues reported, response times and resolution times

I have diploma in computer science engineering with 82.56%

And iam taking a training of JAVA FULL STACK DEVELOPER

I have done my front end course like HTML and CSS basic
