As a Partner Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operations of strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Currently, I manage partner onboarding, performance tracking, and process improvements to foster mutually beneficial relationships. I work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership strategies, deliver operational support, and improve partner satisfaction.

Education
Master of Business Administration from MDU.
