Enterprise B2B SaaS: an AI operating system for multi-location restaurant and retail brands

• Designed the platform that processed $4.07M across 276,932 orders in a 30-day high-volume fair; web ordering carried 77–95% of orders at 8–12% conversion.
• Led design of the self-ordering kiosk (v2, enterprise, ADA accessibility mode), live in 600+ restaurants incl. 3 major US enterprise brands; 32,754 orders in the fair's peak week and a 86 SUS usability score.
• Took a white-label POS from 0→1 to $1.3M ARR.
• Redesigned the kitchen display system (KDS): 345 orders in a day, 96/hr peak, 96.8% accuracy, 91.8% on-time SLA.
• Designed AI products: drive-thru voice AI, AI phone ordering with a performance dashboard (AI-handled calls, call-to-order conversion, handle time, CSAT), and AI menu import that made menu creation 62.5% faster.
• Designed the promotion configurator, lifting campaign creation by 200%+.
• Built AI agents from customer feedback to simulate real users and ran AI-prototype testing in place of paid research tools; set up automated social listening for pre- and post-launch feedback.
• Redesigned POS for QSR, FSR and retail from user complaints and personas: loyalty, wallet, gift cards, role-based permissions, cash accounting, safe drops and 25+ reports.
• Built tokenized design systems for RMS and enterprise ordering, scaling one visual language across 7 device types (web, mobile, kiosk, POS, CFD, KDS, handheld).
• Assign, review and approve work for 4 designers (2 junior, 1 visual, 1 motion), and align enterprise stakeholders on requirements, templates and feedback cycles.

• Designed MyMedQ (mymedq.in), a live smart-queuing product for clinics: patients book a doctor and track their turn remotely; doctors get an AI assistant that manages the live queue.
• Designed mobile and web commerce for a wearables brand, a calorie and nutrition tracker for gym users, and a smart-grocery app with AR in-store navigation, voice search and QR checkout.

• Designed enterprise education SaaS for schools and colleges: onboarding, performance tracking, staff management and payroll dashboards.
• Designed kids learning games, including a carrom-based game and quiz titles, across 10+ projects.
