I have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, working closely with subject matter experts, and using Translation Management System (TMS) software to translate secondary language manuals into easily understandable content for end-users. My proficiency extends to a range of technical writing tools and software, including Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, and
Oxygen XML editor.
Apart from my technical writing skills, I also have a background in software development and project management. This additional experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and has honed my attention to detail when it comes to reviewing technical documentation.
One notable achievement during my tenure at GE HealthCare was creating a user manual from scratch for the cloud-based software product Digital Expert Access (DEA). Saarthi.ai created
Searchable Knowledge Base from scratch.
