Key Responsibilities: Manage complete branch operations Visit all branches regularly and monitor daily activities Supervise and guide staff, ensure discipline and performance Monitor stock, accounts, and collections Follow up and close sales leads Ensure proper reporting and coordination between branches Act as a bridge between management and branch teams Requirements: Proven experience in team leadership or operations management Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to travel to branches regularly Basic knowledge of accounts, stock handling, and sales processes Honest, responsible, and result-oriented mindset Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Other discussions will be done during the interview
