• Planning activities for SDH/PDH/Ethernet microwave into Ethernet hubs to support the various ongoing and new programs.
• Good hand in Configuration of Txn & Networking equipment like FIBCOM, TN & Routers.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting of CERAGON links, MLTN MW Links.
• NMS visibility of all ERICSSON transmission nodes on SOEM server (service On Element Manager).
• NMS visibility of all Ceragon transmission nodes on NMS.
• Coordination with technical team for carrying out field activities within SLA.
• Liasoning with BSNL and other private operators i.e. Railtel, PGCIL, BTSOL, Vodafone, TTSL etc., for media provisioning, connectivity and testing of E1's.
• Responsible to minimize downtime (POI, M/W, leased media, BTS) in the circle and keep n/w uptime 99.9%.
• Planning and execution of S/W upgrades of transmission equipment's.

Reliance Communications (RCOM)

• Operation & maintenance of fiber path. In Dharamshala circle. This include rectification of high fiber loss by taking OTDR Traces & insertion of NE in that particular path.
• This job includes monitoring of all fiber routes in Dharmshala maintenance point
• To rectify high fiber losses section by taking planned event.
• Coordination with JCB vendors in order to save fiber cut.
• Supervision of FRT team and involved in major and critical faults
• Responsible for maintaining the fiber cut MTTR as mentioned by Customer.
• Operation & maintenance of MW Link of NEOI, NEC & CERAGON.
• Operation & maintenance of 210 bts In Dharamshala circle in FSO Zone
• Installation, configuration, commissioning & testing of Microwave (SDH, PDH) networks (NEC make).
• Alignment of the microwave hops with the help of the Riggers & issue them the necessary instructions for aligning the hops with the help of FLER.
• Installation, Commissioning, testing of SDH systems like Fibcom, Nortel NEs.
• To do Visibility & Software Upgradation of Microwave SDH, PDH & Fibcom NEs.
• Installing and Alignment of 0.3 to 1.2 m antennas. (Mobi, keycom, shinglu, Andrew, RFS etc).
• Installing and Commissioning of Optical Transport Equipment (STM-1, STM -4, STM-16, TN-1C of NORTEL), Traffic upgradation (Shifting traffic from Lower Capacity Equipments to higher capacity Equipment).
• Site Survey
• Handling O & M (Operation and Maintenance) Responsibilities, Site PMC (Pre Monsoon Checking) & Rectify faults related to Microwave and Optical Transport Equipments.
