- Ensure that all the required inspection and tests are carried out in accordance with the laid down procedures and techniques. Ensure that quality control personnel take necessary samples that they require using the correct sampling procedures.
- Identify and organize calibration of inspection, measuring and test equipment to maintain their continued suitability.
- Ensure timely corrective action on nonconformities appearing in the system and Institute preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities.
- Facilitate and monitor implementation of systems introduced.
- To collect, collate and maintain data and institute Management Information System.
- Responsible for handling customers complaint.

- Maintain all the IQA records related to daily basis inspection.
- Implements Inspection activities in Inward according to the control plan of the customer.
- Represent IQA Data, QA MBRM Slides on Monthly Basis.
- Maintain the record of IQC, PQC, RR & 3rd Party inspection Plan as per standard.
- Customer Complaints Analysis for CAPA Internally and Externally.
- Daily, weekly and monthly Supplier lot acceptance data and Part improvement.
- Routine Reliability Testing Of New Model MG/JMG (Temperature Rise, Endurance test, Component Testing etc.)
- Root Cause Analysis of Mixer Motor and jar assembly any component failure or improvement.
- To support the R&D Team during New Model component Development before Mass Production.
- Provide proper training to IQC Inspectors about the inspection process and control plan if needed.
- Make work instructions and procedures in accordance with ISO Standard.

- IQC/ Process line Inspection/ Final Audit of products.
- Joint Market Return Analysis, find out the root cause and take the improvement action.
- Establishing quality standards; implementing QC systems to enhance quality of products; conducting tests & inspections, ensuring operational effectiveness of equipment. Identifying deviations, areas of non-conformance & undertake relevant modifications.
- To implement all Lab/ Quality documentation, taking report from sub-ordinates and also distribute work to them.
- Various Type, Performance, Endurance & Routine test of products to ensure the efficiency of products on regular basis.
- Monitoring of process rejection.
- Handling of internal and external calibrations of instruments and equipments.
