• When I joined, Saviynt had no analytics function and no team. Recruited and hired a team of 6 — BI developers, data analysts, and reporting specialists conducted interviews, Mentored, defined roles, set KRAs and individual performance goals, and established the appraisal and review cadence. Built new competency in analytics from fresh talent. The team now runs independently across 7 business units.
• Set quarterly goals, delivery standards, and performance metrics for the team — managed sprint planning, workload distribution, and contractor allocation across concurrent workstreams; Promoted one junior analyst to lead developer instead of external hiring, documented the business case, made the call, and saved the headcount cost. 50+ programmes delivered. Zero missed deadlines in 18 months.
• CS and Sales were pulling from 4 separate systems to understand account health. Built Customer 360 and Product 360 on Tableau and Snowflake one governed platform, one source of truth. Renewal rates up 9%. Forecast accuracy up 20%.
• The team was spending 2 full days per month manually building MBR and QBR packs. Proposed and deployed AI automation using Claude AI and N8N, Replit the same pack now runs automatically. 70% of recurring manual effort eliminated. Set the AI adoption benchmark for the wider business.
• Discovered systemic data discrepancies producing inaccurate metrics for Finance and CS leadership. Defined the enterprise data governance framework from scratch — metric definitions, lineage standards, ETL quality controls — now adopted across every reporting layer and regulatory review.
• Developed AI chatbot solutions for leadership, enhancing visibility and accessibility. Replaced outdated dashboard solutions, built on Snowflake by Crotex AI and Kiro.
