As a Techno Functional Consultant, I leverage my expertise in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and methodologies to deliver solutions for clients across various industries. I have a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from BITS Pilani, and over nine years of experience in PPM, working with tools such as Planisware, WalkMe, and Master Data Management (MDM). I have successfully implemented and supported PPM solutions for large and complex projects, improving efficiency, productivity, and quality.

I am passionate about PPM and its potential to optimize business performance and outcomes. I am also committed to learning new skills and technologies, and collaborating with diverse and talented teams.

Planisware

• Worked on Planisware 6.2, 6.3, 7.0.1.1, 7.0.6 and 7.1.1.
• Responsible for setting up environments and installation and upgrade of Planisware versions for customers.
• Worked on reports to showcase the onboarding of different Business Unit users using Planisware on a daily basis.
• Responsible for AMS activities. Deployment of Planisware and custom configuration as part of releases.
• Incident, Service request, Change request handling.
• Masterdata Specialist responsible for different country or Business Unit data onboarding and setup in application across different environments. Maintenance of Master Data in Admin module and other related modules.
• Worked on Proweb deploying L2 configurations and deployment of L1 configurations.
• Worked on clean up shell scripts automation on the server side. Setup of crontabs, SQL Queries as part of AMS.
• Trained on WalkMe by WalkMe developers for developing content for end users for easy navigation of Planisware v7.0.4 UI.
• Handled and trained new team members.

• Worked on Configuration changes and designed and developed different workflows for customers in Clarity PPM using Gel scripts.
• Worked on AMS related activities which included support and maintenance of Clarity PPM.
• Handling of Incidents, Change Requests, Problem management.
