Hi I have expertise in managing a team of 8 automation and 5 manual engineers and 8 development team members in order to follow the flow of SDLC in order to get the most efficient product by our team sheer hard work and working to attain successful releases. I take part in scrum meetings and also am effective in giving great enhancements which the stakeholder appreciate and now they all have been incorporated in the product.
I have my 9th year running in testing field and in a way I manage the team and their leaves policies etc. Though I work as an associate manager but in my current company they not designated me one yet

I have completed my master in business application in year 2012 and that's considered as a post graduate degree from A level university in Delhi, India.
