About
AI strategy and product development professional with more than five years at Multiverz, working directly with the founder and distributed teams. Took two products from concept to production-ready state: Strategy Navigator, an agentic-AI strategy and policy platform, and Challenges. One, an open-innovation platform. Defined requirements, agent workflows and human-review controls, then ran client delivery, evaluation and governance.
Experience
Director, Business Ethics & Strategy at Multiverz Pte Ltd (2021-06 – 2026-09)
- Took Challenges. One and Strategy Navigator from concept to production-ready state, owning business concept, requirements, workflow logic and operating model through build, testing and iteration.
- Consolidated six months of leadership decisions into one integrated platform roadmap across technology, commercial development and delivery, fixing priorities, sequencing, dependencies and owners.
- Established product-specific agendas and progress trackers, making open decisions, owners and hand-offs visible across distributed technology, commercial and operations contributors.
- Designed Strategy Navigator's workflow: user journeys, prompts, agent roles, multi-perspective comparison, output structures and human-review points; tested each iteration as business owner and converted quality gaps into specified changes for the technology team.
- Prioritised AI use cases by problem value, information quality, delivery effort and the need for human judgement, keeping trade-offs visible to the founder and product team.
- Developed reusable AI-assisted research and synthesis workflows with structured evaluation and human review, shortening selected research and decision cycles by an estimated 50 to 70 percent.
- Compared AI tools and models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek) for task fit, evidence handling, reliability and running cost; adjusted prompts and model choices through testing and recorded results, failures and limitations to inform readiness decisions.
- Ran the Challenges. One operating model end to end, from challenge configuration and launch through participant support, evaluation, results, certificates and records.
- Scoped and delivered challenge programmes for JAT Holdings, Haq Investment Holdings / Unica and EnergyBright (Sri Lanka, South Africa, Ireland), converting client aims into briefs, eligibility rules, evaluation criteria and timelines.
- Designed and operated a dual-AI evaluation method (fixed rubrics, independent ChatGPT and Claude assessments, discrepancy review, final human judgement); assessed close to 80 submissions in about three days in one challenge, against an earlier 10 to 15 day process.
- Delivered client reports consolidating submission strengths, risks, evaluation results and recommended next steps, extending engagements beyond winner selection.
- Documented the operating model as SOPs, checklists, reporting templates and handover documentation so challenge operations could be repeated and transferred.
- Wrote the Challenges. One terms, participation agreement and Multiverz Ethics and Trust Policy, setting responsible-AI guardrails for transparency, participant rights, intellectual property, data stewardship and human accountability.
- Set data-access and confidentiality requirements for Strategy Navigator, including PII limits and GDPR considerations, and specified transparency rules separating AI-agent contributions from human input in voting and review; coordinated technical, security and legal reviews.
- Built and operated a strategic-intelligence process across market, policy, procurement, technology and funding signals, delivering executive briefs with opportunities, risks and recommended actions.
- Built a full-economy strategic indicator system of 1,111 indicators and 120 reference sources with sector and opportunity classifications and a repeatable maintenance method; ran six evaluation cycles against a fixed actionability and source-retrievability rubric, raising the internally assessed score from 7.0 to 9.1 out of 10.
- Built target-account dossiers for 20 priority targets across governments, enterprises and partners, with buyer maps, qualification criteria, procurement routes and risk flags to direct outreach.
- Led go-to-market work across Multiverz products: translated market research into target segments, propositions, qualification criteria and outreach priorities, and drafted country-specific engagement proposals for Malaysia and Vietnam.
- Delivered product demonstrations and client and partner presentations; managed the 180 Degrees Consulting partnership, covering licences, onboarding, communication and delivery follow-through.
- Benchmarked 17 international strategic-foresight programmes to shape Multiverz's capability-development offer, and taught strategic-foresight tools at IIM Nagpur for three consecutive years.
Process Developer at Genpact LLC (2012-02 – 2013-04)
- Produced daily workforce-performance reporting and dashboards for 350+ employees; analysed service levels and resourcing risks that informed roster and process decisions.
Buyer, Organic Food at Fabindia Overseas Pvt Ltd (2010-02 – 2010-11)
- Managed supplier relationships, purchasing and inventory planning for the organic-food category; negotiated terms and coordinated launches, balancing availability, reliability and cost.
Management Trainee, Merchandising at Home Store India Ltd (2008-03 – 2009-09)
- Handled supplier onboarding, purchase orders, cost and freight analysis and category reporting.
