Iam a graduate from Delhi University with in total of 21+ years of experience in Apparel & Home furnishing. My responsibilities during my tenure was as below,
Develop and implement production plans to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources across multiple plants.
Manage and monitor material inventories to ensure all necessary materials are available for production.
Track daily production flows and provide regular updates to buyers and stakeholders.
Conduct regular visits to production units to oversee quality control and ensure adherence to buyer specifications.
Organize and lead weekly meetings with production teams to review progress, address issues, and align on quality and production targets.
Quickly address and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
Implement new systems and processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Manage and coordinate screen-printing and embroidery orders, ensuring all specifications are met.
Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments to buyers.
Proactively identify potential issues and communicate with production and quality department heads to prevent or mitigate problems & provide training to workers as & when required.
Ensure compliance with product safety standards and garment testing parameters.
Attend fit session meetings and collaborate with pattern masters and technicians to ensure product fit meets industry standards and buyer expectations.
Handling complete operations from order execution to final dispatch
