I’m a visionary technology leader with nearly two decades of experience scaling global SaaS platforms and building high-performance engineering teams. Previously served as Head of Engineering at TabSquare (a Delivery Hero company), I’ve led large-scale product modernization, re-architected legacy systems into cloud-native, multi-tenant platforms on GCP, and supported business expansion across Southeast Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

I’ve helped double platform GMV by aligning engineering strategy with business goals — optimizing performance, accelerating delivery, and reducing cloud infrastructure costs by 40%. My expertise spans agile transformation, M&A integration, platform engineering, and embedding GenAI into developer workflows and infrastructure operations.

Experience

With nearly 17 years of experience building and scaling technology for product-based startups and global enterprises, I specialize in SaaS architecture, multi-tenant systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-driven platforms.

I’ve led engineering organizations of 100+ members across geographies, driving innovation, efficiency, and global expansion in fast-paced environments.

As Head of Engineering at TabSquare (Delivery Hero Group), I transformed monolithic systems into microservices and micro-frontend architectures, scaling operations across APAC, the Middle East, and Australia, and driving 40% cloud cost optimization through Terraform-based automation on GCP. I also led the SmartPay project, achieving a 99% payment success rate and expanding to 2000+ restaurants.

Earlier, I contributed to 6thStreet (eCommerce) and Merkle Science (Crypto Risk Analytics), where I architected scalable systems and AI integrations.

Today, I serve as a Fractional CTO and Tech Advisor for startups, helping founders design scalable tech foundations, implement AI and cloud strategies, and accelerate GTM execution.
