Scaled the design portfolio from 3 product lines to 7 shipped DOOH products, owning the design strategy, design system, and product-definition practice that made the growth possible; lead and mentor 9+ UX designers with a shared design language, lifting usability and customer satisfaction by 25%.

• MW Activate — Programmatic DOOH Demand-Side Platform (DSP): Authored the end-to-end PRD — functional requirements from planning through administration, and business rules covering pacing, forecasting, deals, impression accounting, and financials — plus 13 personas with journey maps and six core workflow architectures.
• MW Activate: Produced a design inventory across 8 workflow areas in 4 delivery waves; designed against OpenRTB 2.6 DOOH objects and IAB taxonomies, scoping SSP integrations with Broadsign Reach, VIOOH, Place Exchange, and LMX.
• MW Cinema — IMS Cinema Inventory — programmatic cinema advertising: Defined the PRD that onboards cinema as a first-class programmatic asset class: a Media Owner → Cinema → Screen → Showtime → Slot entity model, dynamic slot generation from showtimes, real-time availability and reservation engines, CPM/CPS and slot-position selling terms, and DSP programmatic-eligibility rules.
• MW Cinema: Specified the operator experience end to end — bulk Excel/CSV onboarding, near-real-time schedule APIs, field-level tooltip and helper-text specifications, error handling, and BDD acceptance criteria.
• MW PosterOps — Closed-loop OOH execution platform (Influence): Defined a closed-loop execution system covering the full static-OOH campaign lifecycle: pre-production creative validation, printer-vendor management, three-layer QC, dispatch, field installation, and Proof-of-Play approval with a client delivery portal.
• MW PosterOps: Designed a no-login Magic Link access model for vendors, installers, and clients — geo-tagged, timestamped, offline-capable execution flows — with RBAC, issue management by severity, notification engine, and payment-validation gates.
• Platform AI Strategy: Authored the platform-wide Hybrid UI / Agentic UI strategy and phased roadmap through 2027, presented to product leadership, engineering, and external clients.

Designed a Construction Cloud SaaS platform from the ground up — focused on Submittals and Materials — establishing a scalable design system and a library-based front-end architecture with the engineering team.

• Developed AI-based concepts to streamline workflows and surface intelligent insights; engaged directly with customers during onboarding alongside Sales & Marketing to tune the platform to real user behaviour.
