Lead Surveillance Engineer Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee and provide mentoring in all tasks performed by Surv Engineers.

1. Cover all Water Injection Surveillance and Sampling tasks until expected headcount is incorporated to the team
   1. Prepare automated WI metering and priority tool in order to minimize manual input for scheduling and reporting

1. Surveillance losses management: 
   1. Track and ensure proper allocation to the correct categories
   2. Monitor and forecast surv losses in order advise on activity increase/decrease accordingly 
   3. Prepare automated Surv losses tool for reporting & forecasting based on future plans 

1. Lead/Support WT Engineers in ongoing WT efficiency enhancement projects (Manifold testing & Tie-in point installation) 

1. Manage surveillance hopper for prioritization and tracking

Track all wells and reservoir Surveillance activities (Well Test\Sonar,PLT\ILT,SAT,SGS\FGS) and to maintain a view of hydrocarbon reservoir performance and recovery, through the analysis of historical field production and well surveillance data.

Qualification: BSc. Process Engineering
