Site Architect at Halabja Group - Garden city project (2019-02 – 2021-05)

Supervised the construction of a multi-story 2000 Sqm commercial building that included 4 main functions within the residential project to follow the designs made by the Senior architect. The result was a modern architectural commercial building according to the designs that was satisfactory to all parties. Constructional decisions were to be reported in order to reach a Optimal result for the overall function.

• Responsible to oversee and execute designs for the green spaces from changing the soil to installing irrigation systems and finally purchasing all the plants in the designs and plant them.
• Supervised of final quality control check for the contractor's works including Tile, Ceiling, doors and windows and interior wall painting for the finishing stages of the housing section.
• Responsible to select materials such as lighting, sanitary appliances, façade materials, landscape plants, Tiles etc.
• Preparation contracts for each tender included within the residential project such as Landscape, irrigation designs and maintenance.
• Administrative: Field work was focused on but administrative was priority and it polished my skills perfectly were I focused on it realizing its significance to office tasks. Kept project on schedule and within the timeline and budget while serving as project leader.
