- Prepares proposals for submission to clients and negotiates contractual terms with clients and ensure effective
closure of sales cycle as per Job Cycle Responsibility Matrix.
- Ensure the job cycle for the respective jobs is completed.
- Monitors market expectations, requirements, trends, and contributes to collecting market input for research and
engineering planning and budgeting.
- Ensures that Company policies are well understood, accepted and followed by the personnel under his supervision.
- Maintain the technical control over the jobs ongoing at locations at assigned client and also to ensure that
customer satisfaction is met up to the levels of or above acceptance.
- Educating and training of operations team as and when required to enable them handle customer independently
at location.
- Forecasting of the WCS additives with a margin of 3 months to run locations efficiently.
- Assisting in development of company’s relationship programs with local bodies and employees.
QHSE (Responsibility, Authority, Accountability including Occupational QHSE)
- Ensuring the risk assessment of job, in technical and operation domains met the actual job conditions and
accordingly documented with client and supervisor at location prior job execution.
- Conducting HSE, Qaulity and Process audits of ongoing jobs as and when required.
- Active participation in QHSE (LPT, recognition programs, safety campaigns etc.)
- Review and ensures SQ compliance prior and during the job execution.
- Ensure that job execution is performed in a safe, efficient and professional manner.
- Attend QHSE fundamental training as required by business line and clients.
- Strive for Service Quality and Service Quality Plan implementation.
- Participate in well site job risk analysis and continual improvement programs in the base, to ensure service quality

- Write recommendations, operation programs, and post job analysis for cementing jobs (Primary Casings, Squeeze, abandonment plugs, Liners, kick off plugs and remedial)
