My formation and my previous job experience as engineer on training field, made me approaching the Market by a sell-out focus way. Then, I always worked considering the Sales by a Project vision, never just a product. A project made by training, visual, service, atmosphere, brand emphasizing, ...
I think of myself as a “repented” engineer, because I like a lot the commercial matter involving human relationship and emotional matter. Although what just above, my formation gave me a special no fearful energy to get problem solving as well as the ability to match emotional market with deeply KPI analysis. My job changes made a good experience profile with a constant idea of growing: My experience in Wholesale is very interesting due to many years of professional activity.
I got my success opening new markets in Europe; My experience in Retail is shorter but very deep: in Piquadro job, I managed fully several Piquadro’s property mono-brand boutiques ( DOS, Franchising, Concessions – FullPrice, Outlet), looking at visual/stock related to many KPI. I followed training matter as well as recruitment. Everything has to be taken very care to offer a perfect nice shopping experience to the “King Consumer”.
Then, Retail experience is something to add to Wholesale, because the way is easily transferring all the energy and experience in the other matters keeping the attention to learn everyday
