My name is Ibar Pastori, I am 21 years old. I graduated from the Centro Studi Casnati Institute in Como, After graduating I had experiences in both catering and hotel environments. I am a quiet guy and I complete the tasks assigned by the employer finishing them on schedule, I am very attentive to order and cleanliness in the workplace and I try to create an organized environment.
I consider myself a serious and professional person within the working environment, moreover I am very available in times of need and always ready to help my colleagues when necessary.
I worked both in Italy and in France during my first year of work experience, leading me to personal growth and in the use of my duties, trying to improve my skills better and better in order to enrich my knowledge in the workplace.
I graduated in June 2021, immediately after I started working in the serene hotel on lake como, helping as assistant cook in the hors d'oeuvres until the end of the summer season. as a second work experience, I joined the French restaurant group "Big mamma" in Paris, my experience was mainly concentrated in the management of appetizers, back in Italy I went to work at the Grand Hotel in Portovenere, where I spent the entire season as a Chef de partie of the breakfasts and the creation of the aperitifs.
I graduated from the hotel management institute in Como, Centro Studi Casnati, where I spent 5 years until completing my studies. training includes full knowledge of food both chemically and physically, full training in food related risks, creation of a diet, menu and knowledge of HACCP procedures
