Sr. Manager in a multinational company with more than 20year experience in sales. His background in Computer Science led him to travel around the world since 1995 as a Testing Engineer.

In 2003 I'm assigned to Tokyo office as Marketing and Sales for a 3 years project.

During my experience in Japan, I've developed strong curiosity for human behaviour and cultural differences.

My passion for technology (and helping others) have allowed me to develop DoYouMind.it website from scratch.

From that moment, “Changing” became together a way of leaving and an opportunity to discover how to dream big.

As Business coach, I support Managers and Leader handling their daily challenges. I work with the people to manage conflicts, define goals and coping with stressful situations.

As life coach I help clients in discovering their values and chasing the status quo. Above all, I help building strong self-confidence and trust in one own strength.

Started off as Product Engineer (computer science background) and moved to sales and marketing oversea

Currently in charge of sales activity for Storage products within Samsung and in the last couple of years I've recieved the ACC credential from ICF (international Coaching Federation) and a Diploma in NLP practitioner from NLPTA.

I'm also a LUXX Profile Expert which is an important part of my coaching activity with clients in different fields.
