Good morning everyone,
my name is Nicolò Pagliarani, and I am a Scrum Master and QA Automation Engineer who has been working for Accenture for over a year.
I am a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of software development and testing. As a Scrum Master, I am responsible for leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. I help the team stay focused on the sprint goals and remove any obstacles that may impede progress.
In addition to my role as a Scrum Master, I also work as a QA Automation Engineer. I am responsible for designing and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the highest quality of software products. I am well-versed in a variety of test automation tools and frameworks and have a deep understanding of software testing best practices.
I am fluent in Italian, English, German, Spanish and Portuguese, which has been a great asset in my role at Accenture, where I have been able to work with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures. Furthermore, I hold a Master in Management, which has helped me to develop a broad understanding of the business context in which I work and to bring a strategic perspective to my role.
My experience and expertise have been invaluable to the Accenture team, and I have played a key role in ensuring the success of several projects. I am highly respected by my peers and known for my ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
