Computer Science student and Data Analyst with experience in Business Intelligence and SQL. In my previous role, I worked with operational and logistics data using SQL and Data Warehouse systems, mainly in data preparation, analysis, and reporting. My academic and personal projects also gave me experience with e-commerce and healthcare data, relational and non-relational databases, and data modeling.

I am currently improving my skills in Python and Pandas and plan to focus my thesis on predictive analytics.

• Extracted and analyzed operational and logistics data using SQL and Data Warehouse systems to identify delivery delays and operational issues.
• Performed Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and root cause analysis to identify the main factors affecting delivery time.
• Created SQL Views and connected them to Power BI to build dashboards, reports, and KPI visualizations for operational performance tracking.
• Presented findings to management and supported operational decisions, contributing to reducing average Express Post delivery time in Tehran from 5 days to 4 days.
