Sabrina Mattei

Graduate in Biology and Cellular Technologies with research experience at CNR and a strong interest in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance. I have studied quality standards and regulations, particularly the main concepts of EudraLex – Volume 4 (GMP guidelines).

I am eager to apply my scientific background and attention to detail in a QA role. My experience in both research and hospitality has strengthened my communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. I am motivated to contribute to quality processes within a structured and collaborative environment.

I have research experience at the Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology – CNR, where I conducted functional tests on murine models, performed RNA and protein extraction, and analyzed experimental data. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, data management, and ability to follow strict protocols. Additionally, I have developed strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills through roles in hospitality, working as a receptionist and barista in international and customer-focused environments.

Focused on cellular microbiology, vaccinology, and industrial applications. Thesis: Beneficial effects of miR-200c inhibition on the dystrophic phenotype of mdx mice.

Thesis: Impact of metabolites produced by diet/gut microbiota interaction on human health. Key subjects included pharmacology, toxicology, and general pathology.
