I didn’t just climb a ladder; I built it by mastering every technical and operational layer of the supply chain along the way.

In my current role, I lead a team of Senior Project Managers to define the long-term digitalization strategy for the Group. This isn’t just about implementing software; it’s about aligning complex data models and IT solutions with strict auditing and compliance standards. My background in computer technology allows me to bridge the gap between high-level procurement strategy and the technical realities of IT development.
