I work as Talent Acquisition Analyst performing the end to end process - 360: job posting, sourcing, contact, interview, verifying soft & hard skills, job references, psycho-technical test analysis, reports, coordinating with the company and areas until the person enters the company.
Coordination and end-to-end follow-up of all instances of the Talent Acquisition process:
Profile survey, description and definition of competencies to be covered for the position.
Publication on employment websites and pre-selection of CVs through ATS, portals used: LinkedInJobs, HiringRoom and CompuTrabajo.
Hunting and mapping of market candidates (key players).
Candidate interviews analyzing cultural fit and soft skills required for the position.
Analysis of metrics and data in order to make the best decisions
