- Provide Counseling on Policies and procedures involved in recruitment by preparing Job Descriptions, posting Ads and managing the hiring process and issuing employment contracts.
- Create and implement effective on boarding plans.
- Responsible of the Medical insurance, getting offers, making agreements and follow up.
