I would like to take this opportunity introduce myself briefly.
I have been working as Purchasing supervisor at Leaders Center FMCG for 7 years and during this time, I have developed a diverse skill set that includes problem-solving, quick learning, multitasking, working under pressure, time management, negotiating, and account management.
Currently, I am looking for new opportunities and I would be grateful if you could consider me for any suitable roles within your organization
· Preparing the purchase orders, minus margin, minus PO, update price and price protection, survey, sell out and stock reports.
· Preparing and finalize the Agreements and the rent for new locations with the new suppliers.
· Negotiating marketing participation and promotions for the campaigns by coordinating with suppliers to get the best deals to gain the sales.
· Arrange with vendors to make live experience in showroom for hot products to increase the sell out and the traffic.
· Preparing monthly magazines for Leaders center and confirm the design, specifications and the prices.
· Confirm the podiums and stands for products for each supplier (design, dimensions and rent value).
· Monthly follow up and study the slow moving items and find a solution for each case.
· Analyzing past sales figures to anticipate future product needs.
· Follow up the monthly, quarterly and yearly suppliers targets.
· Preparing the stock transfer sheet to transfer the stock internally between the branches and study the branch needs to provide it with the suitable items.
· Import products from Turkey and make sure all documents are matching with the Jordanian standards and metrology.
· Calculate the vendor’s participations and the sellout promotion and posting them on SAP system to deduct them form vendors account.
· Arrange with social media and online department and providing them with the marketing plan.
· Preparing monthly sell out study and provide them to GFK and study market research.
· Preparing the purchase orders, minus margin, minus PO, update price, missing prices, survey, sell out and stock reports.
· Make sure that prices in showroom are up-to-date with system prices.
· Preparing price tags for new items and the new prices.
· Create the new items on the system.
· Reorganize the fine line for all items.
· Import price tag holders from China and follow up with the supplier and shipping & clearance companies.
“HR & Admin Assistant”
· Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and similar activities.
· Providing support to the HR department such as preparing monthly attendance and leaves reports, salary slips, contracts, clearance for resigned, experience letter, and salary certificate letter.
· Joined the BDC job fair 27 Nov 2014.
· Preparing quotations, purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
· Providing support for the new employees such as create new finger print, contract and by coordinating with IT company to create new email for him/her.
· Coordinate with Marketing company to create logo and prepare the company profile, letter head and bags design.
· Coordinate with CCTV company to install the cameras, and with PBX company and keeping them in the loop.
