【仕事内容】 【業務内容】 管理職候補として部下のマネジメント、担当施設のプロパティマネジメントを担当いただきます。 ・物件の市場分析（立地、周辺環境、競合など） ・家賃の査定、プランニング ・テナントリーシング ・賃貸借契約の締結 ・入退去時の各種手続き ・原状回復、改修工事の提案 ・部下のマネジメント ＜詳細＞ ・担当施設はオフィスビル、店舗付マンション、貸工場、貸倉庫です。 ・担当地域は福岡県が中心です。 ・残業時間は月平均20時間です。 ■ 備考 ・試用期間中の条件変更はございません。 ・年収額には歩合給を含めています。 ・賞与は年2回です。 ・転勤は当面ございません。 ・出張はござい
