As a holder of a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Mount Kenya University, I bring a robust academic background and extensive practical experience to my role as a Program Assistant at the African Population and Health Research Center (APHRC). Over the past four years, I have coordinated various social sciences research activities, including data collection, analysis, and scientific reporting, while working with international organizations such as Mercy Corps, World Vision, Plan International, and Femme International. My work has involved organizing and managing social science research projects, focusing on policy impact and community empowerment, particularly among refugees and women in Nairobi's informal settlements.
This experience has equipped me with strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills, enabling me to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
