His current pursuit of a Masters in Project Management allows him to expand his skill set beyond the classroom. He is acquiring valuable knowledge in project planning, implementation, and evaluation, which will enable him to effectively manage educational projects and initiatives. This additional expertise will enable him to contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, resource management, and the implementation of innovative educational programs.
He also has certificates in Information Technology and Communication which has equipped him to navigate the digital space and to provide modern solutions that require technological approach as well as incorporating technology in the navigating his day-to-day tasks.
He is committed to lifelong learning and staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in education. He active engage in workshops and educational conferences to refine his teaching methods and instructional strategies.
