I was the Senior Customer Rep at NIVI Kenya and I worked there for 4 years. This enabled me and the team secure partnerships with Marie Stopes Kenya whereby we could mobilize clients both offline and online which we convinced them get family planning. Therefore, having worked for a reputable organization, I have been exposed to a challenging and dynamic work environment. I have gained a multicultural exposure of working with different types of clients on ground, online and through the phone. Over the years I have purposed to climb up the ladder and aim for the best.
