I am a Data Scientist based in Kenya. Am an enthusiast of Machine Learning. I love to apply my skills on data to support key business/company decisions while also satisfying customer needs.
With a solid foundation in data science and extensive experience in customer support,I offer a special combination of my strong analytical skills and client empathy. While working as a customer experience analyst, I was able to develop my communication and problem-solving abilities. Thanks to this practical experience, I gained a thorough understanding of client pain points and the subtleties involved in providing exceptional services.
Hence, I was able to enhance and add to my analytical work and by employing data-driven techniques, I have discovered insights that not only guide business decisions but also improve consumer experiences. Be it through data visualization or predictive analysis, I have always tried to close the gap between data and the client's demands.
I am passionate about leveraging data to develop practical techniques that improve customer satisfaction and optimize service procedures Thanks to my dual skills, I can now approach problems with both a technical and customer-focused mindset, which produces significant outcomes as well as strengthening client relationships.
