In the last 5 years I have been in the digital sales and marketing field at L’Oréal East Africa , with experience and deep consideration on financial, strategic & economic impact on the day to days of a business professional. I believe myself to be a creative & outside the box thinker.
In my current work experience I have garnered overall business and project Management skills focused on the digital realm in a bid to grow online brand presence + grow sales exponentially in the biggest beauty FMCG player L’Oréal. I have learnt to read the digital micro& macro environmental trends within Kenya and largely east Africa and take advantage of this to steer business sustainably for my current and previous organisations.
My current business-related skills have moulded my innovative ability conducting fast paced business development across 3 functions at Both Diageo (converting a premium brand into a mass business driving brand) and my 6 year stint at L’Oréal growing the e-commerce business to be the biggest growth driving channel for brands. I believe I would be an invaluable add to your staff and create a much larger / sustainable impact for the world by working for the advertised position bringing functional business acumen P&L Statement management and Marketing , commercial and overall consumer understanding to the table.
