Managing comprehensive review and analysis of business policies, overseeing financial planning, developing and implementing strategies and solutions that achieve consensus among key industry leaders and stakeholders and to ensure sustained business growth, customer retention through operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness in delivery and execution through responding to and surpassing customer expectations and engaging in initiatives that will enhance the company’s market leadership position and contribute to profitability and revenue growth
Prepare the annual operations budget and ensure follow through so as to align with the company’s strategic revenue and profitability objectives also manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. Spearheading the management of the business development, marketing and account management, technical support teams, fostering a team-based culture, and ensuring positive interactions with other teams within, Research Partners and other external collaborators and also r responsible for overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met.
