Alphonce is a Diploma holder in information technology and a community development worker with over ten (10) years of direct participation in the implementation of programmes and projects in both urban and rural contexts.
The conduct of my work has granted me chance to: establish relationships and work amicably with women, men, youth and children together with their leaders; sharpen my listening and empathy skills; and, strengthen my tact and resolve to steer initiatives of bringing change to the lives of marginalized sectors of society. Besides, I am able to work independently as a team member; I am proactive and creative; and, I am stress-resilient and able to cope with deadlines and complex problems.
