I am self motivated IT practitioner with vast knowledge and skills as far this profession is concerned. Not only am I limited to IT but also I have hands on skill to other fields of information management. Above all, I am focused, punctual, creative, collaborative, and highly driven towards customer satisfaction.
I have major experience in IT Support services that is: maintaining and installing computer resources, troubleshooting LAN incidents especially at user level, and support desk services to remote users.
I have a bachelors degree in Information Sciences from Moi University. Furthermore, I have done all CCNA modules and I am yet to sit for an industrial certification exam.
