Have been in hospitality for 6 years and gained a lot, interructing with a lot of people,motivating my team and setting a goal to better the company.

Have been working as cashier,more of customer service,telephone operator,and a receptionist.

I was working in simbisa kenya started as a cashier,shift manager and shop manager,working in hospitality you encounter many challenges but also you get to learn and gain more experience.

I learn how to organize my team,staff management,replying to emails and customer service

I attended my primary and secondary education and was awarded certificates.

Also went for a college to study secretarial and got a certificate.

I also joined a training about customer service, integrity, cleanliness and hygiene, first aid and fire prevention.
