I have experience in the field of customer service of two years and believe that the skills I have acquired will be of great impact in your organisation.
I have worked under Altruist Technologies, tye call cehter Airtel Kenya for 2 years. I started of as a frontline agent and after 3 months, got promoted to service recovery department. I was engaged in technical issue handling and solving customer issues with SLA.
After 6 months, got promoted to a supervisor whereby I was in charge of 16 frontline agents. I ensured my team has the customer centric approach whenever handling customer, the service level was attained daily and prophesionalism was always upheld. My team became the best more than once in NPS, customer ratings of the company.
I studied mechanical engineering but not done with the course as I am gaining interest in the customer service industry and aspire to study a degree in the field
