- Timely Submission of Billing documents for all company projects after job completion.

- Manage the cost for all the projects. Make sure the company is at a profit margin.

- 100% adherence to procedures and processes
- Timely daily report circulation within agreed period.
- Maintain good relationship between customer and the company.
- Ensure assets and drivers/Operators are compliant with applicable statutory requirement to minimum downtime. NTSA,LICENCES,KRA, KENHA & KPA.
- Develop at least one process innovation per annum.
