Imports; Logistics Supervisor- May 2023 – May 2025
Reporting to the Logistics Manager. I was overseeing Customer Service, Documentation, Shipping & Container Control, Operations (declarations & Port operations) and Transport departments to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is achieved in delivery as by the customer needs.
Imports; Shipping & Equipment control officer- October 2022 to April 2023
Working under strict timelines to secure Delivery orders and ensure containers are returned to depots within free days.
Imports; Equipment control officer- September 2021 to September 2022
Tasked to track position status of cargo, trucks, ships, cargo planes and empty containers; by ensuring clearance of cargo is achieved efficiently and effectively through securing all the relevant documents from customers, relevant government entities, shipping lines, allocating trucks and finally delivery of cargo within stipulated time frame.

Reporting to the service delivery manager, I was handling customers’ businesses, by basically coordinating import processes, transportation to their premises within a stipulated time frame accompanied with a very sound correspondence for the customers.
Reporting to the Transport manager, I was overseeing bulky cargo operations right from arrival at the port, receipt at our ICD and transportation to the customers.

I supervised all processes that met and availed customer orders as by their request in the shipment orders. This meant all post-harvest activities that started right from; Production, recording, packing of the rooted and un-rooted flower cuttings, receiving them into the cold stores, packaging and sealing, storage, warehouse supervision, Order processing, Shipment preparation and documentation, dispatching and finally preparing reports of all operations.
