I am laxed easy going character with a love for the outdoors and an eye for nature. These traits have allowed me interact well with people in my field that is majorly a team effort enterprise. I am also keen on details which is a plus in the industry and a general zeal for life that brings a breath of fresh air.

Professionally, I work well both individually and as a team player, I pre-empt scenarios to avoid unnecessary risks and avoid last minute rush but having been in the industry long enough I have developed the ability to react promptly and keep my cool under pressure.

I have worked both as a client and contractor representative as a construction manager. I was the head project manager at Metropolitan hospital, Nairobi during their expansion phase:

1. Retrofitted their maternity and out patient units
2. Oversaw the design and construction of their modular theatres by a foreign contractor. This had shipping and logistical aspects that I picked up, and an extensive HVAC system that saw me augment my knowledge in both sectors
3. Design, construction and fit-out of their 6-storey doctors plaza
4. Underground water tanks with capacity of 300,000 liters
5. 200 slot parking and landscaping project
6. Tender evaluation

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction project management from the Technical University of Kenya, having graduated with a second class, upper division.
