John Kibaya

I am 23 years old with 4 years of experience in document management, quality control, and project planning in various mixed-used development and residential construction projects inside and outside Nairobi, such as Business Bay Squier, Jevanjee Affordable Housing Project, and the current ongoing Mzizima Affordable Housing Project. Throughout my career, I have advanced skills, knowledge, and confidence in how to manage documents, file, and transmit to responsible disciplinaries. I have also gained additional skills such as project management by having one year of experience at Jevanjee Affordable Housing project and now acting as a project planner and auditing the filling system at the Mzizima Affordable housing project. From the experience of having worked for both contractors and clients, I have learned that a good relationship with the teammate is a key element that drives the project. By having worked and learned under strict supervision I can work under minimum supervision.
