- Loan advice to existing and new customers on procedures and KYC documentation.
- Increasing both branch Liabilities and Assets-through marketing and acquisition.
- Do credit analysis and refer to branch manager for approval and forwarding.
- Efficient management of banking relationships with the existing and potential
- Clients.
- Improving the deposit mix of the branch as per the budget.
- Representing the bank in most functions regionally as assigned by the Manager.
- Train and manage sales team along product mix changes and targets
- Monitor loan performance, arrears and report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Follow-up for credit listing and updates with CRB and Metropol.
