I am an ICT graduate with strong skills in programming, web development, databases, and system support. I am hardworking, quick to learn, and committed to delivering quality results.

l have practical experience from your industrial attachment at NHIF Buru Buru, where you worked in Accounts, Registration, and Photo Merging & Scanning sections. My duties included processing approvals and authorizations of claims, capturing and updating member records, scanning and filing documents, and assisting clients with NHIF services and biometric registration. This role strengthened my administrative, data entry, customer service, and technical support skills.

I have also worked on ICT academic projects involving system design and development, including a Livestock Management Information System and a Personal Budget Management System.

I am currently completing my Diploma in Information Communication Technology at Nairobi Technical Training Institute, where I have strengthened my skills in programming, web development, databases, and system management. Before this, I earned a Certificate in Information Technology from the same institution, which gave me a strong foundation in ICT and prepared me for more advanced studies.
