I am an orderly and committed Teacher and Assistant Account Clerk with over seven years of solid skills in customer relations and resilience to handle challenges of fast paced professional environment. I am detailed oriented, team player and decisive nature with sound judgement for optimal achievements on clerical tasks.
I started my work as a teacher at St.
Lwanga from 2015-2017 where I also served a head of academics. During this period the school registered the most improvement in the subcounty to positioned two. This made it registered enrolment for the new students ever.
From 2017 March to 2018, I worked in Mtwapa Golden Key school as the headteacher, the position exposed me to a lot of leadership skills including customer relation, teamwork, communication skills, strong organization skills, multitasking and problem solving skills. During this period the school recorded the highest enrolment of new pupils as its primary strategy for the year and improved performance. From 2018 March to 2020 July I worked in Mtwapa Elite as a teacher and head of academics.
During the same period, I did part time job with shielders holding limited as a junior finance assistant where I also gained good knowledge of accounting skills and book keeping procedures, familiarity to accounting software and incredible attention to details to catch errors. Finally, I went to Aga primary school where I work as a teacher and a level coordinator where I help in overseeing the successful completion of projects and provide strong academic leadership. I also serve as a volunteer assistant Accounting clerk to help me gain wider skills by providing clerical support to the accounting department.
I undertook my undergraduate studies at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) where I graduated with Second Class Honours, Upper Division. I am currently pursuing Masters of Science in Finance at JKUAT covering core competencies including financial analysis, risk management and investment strategies.
