Most recently, I worked for 3 years in a customer service and tele-investigation role, where I handled client queries, resolved complaints, and supported fraud detection processes. Prior to that, I served as an intern Children Officer for 6 months, assisting in child protection and welfare interventions.

I also worked as a Student Security Assistant at my university for 4 years, ensuring safety and compliance across campus. Additionally, I contributed to grassroots development for 2 years through a Community-Based Organization (CBO), where I coordinated outreach and empowerment programs.
